Innovating By Fast Following - 360i Summit

360i President Bryan Wiener kicked off the day with an overview of the agenda (a packed one at that – we even have RBC Capital Markets’ Jordan Rohan speaking during lunch) and then set the tone by giving his take on innovation. He mentioned that there are innovators, fast followers, and those trailing behind, and the sweet spot is with the fast followers. That doesn’t mean hanging on competitors’ coat tails; rather, it’s taking in everything that’s working for pioneers in every industry, not just your own, and adapting it to make it work for you.
